Qantas & Jetstar shareholders hoodwinked at AGM

Questions to the Chairman of the Qantas Board about a serious illegal action of the Qantas medical doctor were not read out to the shareholders at the anual AGM today. All the correct procedures in submitting the questions were followed, but in trying to save her own skin, the retiring Chairman Margaret Jackson, on advice from the company secretary Casandra Hamlin conveniently forgot to bring them up.
Why have a form for asking questions if they are going to be ignored? Seems to be standard procedure for Qantas.
