Qantas Google search for 'Qantas Corruption' Is something about to be revealed?

This report is from my statistics. You would have thought that they were aware of all their corruption.

It shows how good Google is as Qantas go there to find out who is breaking the law in the Top Heavy company.

Remember my battle for compensation? Kevin Rudd got involved and it is now being handled by Comcare. Why then couldn't Qantas have had the decency to deal with it?

Jetstar spokesman Simon Westaway said the airline provided information speedily to the bureau and Civil Aviation Authority and would not provide further comment.

I don't know why the media bothers to ask Simon Westaway any questions as the only answer he can give seems to be vague.

After any incident with Qantas and Jetstar they say the least that they can and hope the details drift out of the public's minds.

Why can't they "Yes the pilots got it wrong" and cop it on the chin instead of being like a school child and hiding behind the toilets.

Australian travelers get an idea of incidents but no concrete follow up if Qantas or Jetstar are in the wrong.

How many foreign travelers will not be told of the illegal and dangerous actions of Jetstar and assume that it is up to standard. Well most of the time perhaps but who wants to be on board when they are not.

Engine failures DO happen and this is a case that everyone on board was lucky that it didn't happen on this take off and a quick return to the airport was required.

Civil Aviation Authority have rules but Qantas and Jetstar assume that by being mighty they can make their own as was the case when Qantas ignored TWO psychiatrists reports and illegally cleared me to fly putting hundreds of lives at risk.

Melissa Thomson, Qantas P.R. missleads police in extortion claim

Melissa Thomson, a Qantas spokesperson must like the power of her position.
After I had a conversation with her about my Staff Travel entitlement from Qantas she threw away all the sympathy she gave on the phone and reported to the police events that were untrue and quite bizarre. So much so that the police visited me with the intention of charging me with extortion. The police later told me that the discussions that I had with Melissa Thomson were not a police matter.
The Qantas chief of security at the time Laurrie Rat told me later that he had got it wrong.
In panic at the thought of being charged with EXTORTION I rang CASA and they sent me my medical file which showed the ILLEGAL actions of Qantas in clearing me to fly with thoughts to shut down all engines of a 747.
After 7 years Qantas will still not admit their gross mistake nor will they discuss it. I rang Melissa Thomson 07 32382720 this morning to discuss the police report but she hung up. Great PR officer.

Why not get your web site in order before you waste the evening of thousands of passengers. Passengers is not quite the right word though, and I guess they are having nasty words about Jetstar.
Don't make excuses such as "we were overwhelmed". You knew what was going to happen and You didn't have all the appropriate arrangements made.

Is this the face of a new director?

A search of Google images for Qantas directors show a monumental jump in the position of ex 747 pilot Bryan Griffin.

Bryan has been unable to get a response from Qantas over their illegal actions in clearing him to fly 747's with a compulsion to shut down all engines.

The only way he feels to get a response from them is to put his case on the internet and it seems to be working.

The latest project is a video on YouTube. It is short now, but will be added to as he obtains the skills of movie making.

Bryan Griffin is still waiting for an apology from Qantas for falsely accusing him of extortion, as well as the turmoil this accusation caused him.
Melissa Thomson, a Qantas PR rep went overboard in a fantasy interpretation of the request made by Bryan in a phone conversation.
Ex Qantas 747 pilot Bryan Griffin was visited by Sergeant Llowarch from the Windsor police who said he was investigating (Event 78977736) on behalf of Detective Gentle from Botany Bay police. The investigation was of a possible extortion attempt on Qantas (initiated by Laurie Ratz, of Qantas security). Sergeant Llowarch led him to believe he would be prosecuted if he told the media of the email sent to Qantas PR Melissa Thomson. (Later he was told by the police that it was NOT a police matter) In fear of prosecution Bryan rang the Department of Transport (C A S A) and they sent him his complete medical file. This is a email he sent without checking the facts. My corrections are in bold.

Hi Bryan

I am very sorry to hear of your mental illness. Certainly I think society does not fully understand the depth and severity of the problems associated with mental illness and for that I have sympathy with you.

However if you can understand the fact that people are generally kind, and that there are personal responsibilities then:

- you should have reported your illness to CASA who would have immediately revoked your licence
My illness was never given correctly to CASA by Qantas. They covered it up and did not pass the reports that would have had me grounded until CASA found out about them and asked Qantas to forward them. At this time I had left Qantas
- you should have reported yourself to be too sick to fly with your employer, which again is your responsibility under the CAOs and CARs.
I reported my illness to Qantas as soon as it happened. Qantas sent me to three psychiatrists, ignoring the ones that would have had me grounded and passing one that suited them to CASA
It's nice to find a person or company or "fairy godmother" to blame for your unfortunate predicament, but unfortunately in your logical arguments you failed to address why you failed to contact CASA or simply just declare yourself too sick to fly each sector (which is your legal obligation).
After a time when I couldn't go along with the Qantas doctors views anymore I removed myself from duty as on the next take off I would have shut down the engines
In actual fact on one occasion when I told the Captain of my illness he removed me from the flight deck. Qantas told him to reinstate me. They knew I was still ill but they illegally ignored it and sent this letter to CASA Qantas letter

I am confident employers have a person's interest at heart, and also the travellers. That your employer tried to accommodate your is a compliment to it. To criticise your employer whilst at the same time not following your legal obligations or informing CASA of your illness, is your decision, but don't blame the employer for your follies.
I had a loss of licence insurance which I could not collect because of Qantas illegally renewing my licence. Who else should I blame for not being able to collect it.
The presence of your website is a testimony to your continued anger and failure to understand the basic legal responsibilities of a person in charge of others. In other words, don't expect a person to think you are rational in these web pages, when you justify your past actions when you were probably insane. Perhaps you are probably still insane and so your web site will be viewed accordingly.
That is your view. It seems unusual that so many thousands of travelers etc would want to come to such a site as you describe
Your web site is poorly designed & laid out, and hopelessly presented. It is not a compliment to you or your cause. I would take the dignified approach and just delete the entire web site.
If you had been defrauded by your employer to stop you collecting an insurance, wouldn't you fight it? If the Qantas doctor had followed the recommendations by the two psychiatrists I would have been grounded and collected the insurance. Because of Qantas' Illegal, Immoral and Irresponsible actions I was not able to. Any company with an ounce of decency would rectify the situation.Perhaps I am not as clever as you at http://www.aeronaut.biz but at least my web sites are at the top. Are yours? Major General Peter Cosgrove, Geoff Dixon and other Qantas directors will not admit to the illegal actions of Qantas when they illegally tortured a 747 pilot. Qantas cleared a suicidal pilot to fly you to save money. Qantas will not reply to correspondence or phone calls.Perhaps they should change their logo from the proud kangaroo to an emu with its head in the sand. The same as they were caught out with the price fixing, eventually they will have to pay for their criminal actions.

Imagine the torture you would feel if on every take off you had the compulsion to shut down all the engines. The fear of the disastrous results was something that no one should be forced to do, but to save money Qantas did not consider the pilot or the passengers.

If Bryan Griffin had carried out the compulsion he had (covered up to CASA by Qantas) the results of just the small movement of the "Start Levers" would have put a Qantas 747 and the passengers and the public on the ground in the middle one of the worlds worst air disasters. Qantas in covering up their illegal action and not willing to admit or deny the claims shows the unethical behaviour of their directors.
